 FAQ's

1. Can I see a sample of the Sukkah before purchasing one?
The Sukkah will be set up in our warehouse for viewing at: 1805 Swarthmore Ave  Lakewood, NJ.
2. Can I pick up the Sukkah from your warehouse and save on the shipping cost?
Absolutely. You’ll just need to place your order and pay in advance. Note: Sukkah's will be available for pickup between the hours of 9:30-5:30 - Monday through Thursday - by prior appointment only. The Sukkah's are comprised of a few small boxes, with the scach having the longest piece at 129 inches. We recommend that you pickup the the sukkah with a minivan to get it ready for sukkot.
3. How long will it take till I receive my Sukkah?
We will be shipping your sukkah at the beginning of September 2009. You can still order now to ensure that we will have your design and size in stock.
Shipping time is dependent upon location. It may take up to 2 days until your order is ready to be shipped from our warehouse. We cannot guarantee receipt before Sukkot on any orders placed after September 27.

Seven feet.

(These numbers should be used as an estimate only, and might vary.)

6. Does the Sukkah come with schach?
You can purchase the mehadrin schach in addition to the Sukkah. There's no additional shipping fee for schach.
7. Does it come with wood to put on top of the Sukkah to hold the schach?  
Yes wood is included with the purchase of a Sukkah.
8. Are the wall straps pre-measured?
Yes they are pre measured. The succah is kosher according to both the shitas Chazan Ish and shitas Rabbi Chaim Naeh, as there are four straps at equal intervals from the floor and the highest bar is 40 inches high.
9. Does the Sukkah come with a warranty?
We provide a limited 10 year warranty.
10. What material is the Sukkah made from?
Durable canvas material.
12. Is the Sukkah waterproof?
Yes it is and the color will not run in the rain.
13. Is the Sukkah washable?
The Sukkah is hand washable.
14. What’s your return policy?
The Sukkahs are non refundable and non-exchangeable.

Do you ship out of the continental USA?
Unfortunately, we cannot at this time ship outside of the continental USA.
However, if you make your own shipping arrangements, we would be glad to help.
17. Can I order just the canvas for the Sukkah I have the poles from last year?
Yes you can. Please check our Canvas Only section on the price list.
18. Do you also sell “shlacks” (awning)?
Sorry we do not sell shlacks.
